Return Policy

At Once, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to ensure you’re pleased with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange your order, please review our return policies below:

Online Orders

• Shipped Orders:

  • Refund: Items must be postmarked within 4 days of receiving your order. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Store Credit: Items returned within 7 days of receiving your order qualify for store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale: After 7 days, the order is final sale, and no returns will be accepted.
  • Return Label:
    • If you purchased return label insurance at checkout, a free return label will be provided when you request your return through the portal.
    • If you did not purchase return label insurance, a $10 fee will apply for the return label.

• Store Pickup Orders:

  • Refund: Return within 2 days of receiving your pickup notification email for a full refund.
  • Store Credit: Items returned within 3 days of receiving your pickup notification qualify for store credit.
  • Final Sale: After 3 days, the order is final sale.
  • Unclaimed Orders: Orders unclaimed after 60 days will be donated. We are not responsible for unclaimed in-store pickup orders.

General Return Conditions

• Eligible items: Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.
• Final Sale Items:
  • Any item purchased at 20% off or more is final sale.
  • Tulle dresses/gowns are eligible only for store credit.
  • Hair accessories, hats, caps, and swimsuits are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Any item that stays return for store credit on the item is only eligible for a store credit.

Additional Policies

• Cancellations:

  • Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a $7.95 cancellation fee. Removing an item from an order will also incur this fee.
  • Once an order is placed, cancellations are difficult to process due to our quick shipping process. Emails requesting cancellations may not be seen in time.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the postal service.

• Out-of-Stock Items: In the rare event an item is unavailable due to a system error, you will receive a full refund.
