Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, unwashed, and unworn. The items must be in their original packaging with their tags intact.  Any items that were purchased as a set must be returned as a set. We will not process any returns for incomplete sets.

Free Returns with Redo

We offer Redo for convenient and free online returns and exchanges. If you opt in to Redo in your cart, you will have the opportunity for unlimited free shipping for exchanges, store credit, or returns per order number. Customers who do not add Redo to their cart must pay the cost of shipping for any return or exchange.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF A PACKAGE GETS LOST ON THE WAY BACK TO US.

Cancellation Policy:

Any order that a customer decides to cancel prior to shipping will be subject to a $7.95 cancellation fee. If you would like to remove an item from the order, a $7.95 cancellation fee will be incurred as well. 

Please be sure to review your order PRIOR to checking out. Once an order is placed, it is often hard to cancel prior to shipment, as we try to ship out orders as soon as possible. If a cancellation is possible prior to shipment, we will be happy to accommodate you, subject to the fees listed above. Our emails are not monitored 24/7 and we may not see an email requesting cancellation prior to shipment. 

We reserve the right to cancel any orders; especially if items are no longer available or if the order is deemed fraudulent.

In the event an item is out of stock due to a system error, you will be completely refunded for the item. We apologize if there is any inconvenience caused.

If you have any issues with your garment, please contact the company directly. They are responsible for the quality of their merchandise

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned.  

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed per the postal system.
